Hey there, sport. Thanks for hanging back and talking to me for a minute before we head out to practice.

I noticed you seemed interested in getting some extra help with the team and with me, of course.

I just wanted to check in with you and see how willing you might be to comply.

You know I've got a lot going on around here. I could sure use an able-bodied, like-minded individual to give me a hand.
