Judge at Home. Henry and Gem

It is not often that someone who has been in my court decides to return. Gem has previously been found guilty and been punished. Time has past and she seems to have mended her ways. This time she comes in front of me as a complainent and not an accused. She makes quite a few allegations against Henry. I can't work out whose is telling the truth so decide to punish them both
